Had wife get oil changed in her brand new car and was told we only have cheap oil you will have to do bottle service and that’s when she was over charged, they spilled oil all over engine left grease finger prints all over paint. Did not even top off fluids . What a horrible way to run a business. Stop saying it’s the people they don’t want to work. No It starts with management it’s wanting to do the job right the first time. Stop accepting sloppy an low in work. Set the bar for your team. Do it your self. Hope to see change Kaufman deserve better from you . Service: Oil change

It took a little longer than I expected to do 4 tires, but the reason is the techs were being meticulous about getting my aluminum wheels balanced without putting any weights on the outer rim of the wheel. I appreciate that.

This location is continuously low or out of stock. No one is capable of answering a phone apparently & when asked a question, you'll get a look of confusion or like they have no idea. Save yourself the time & find a better location.

I was on my way to work and my tire was low on pressure. I stopped there and told them the problem and that I had a warranty through Walmart on the tires. They found the issue (a 2.5 inch nail), fixed it, and had me back on the road on my way to work in about 13 minutes! They were friendly, helpful, and super fast! Thanks for the awesome service!
