This business can’t get worse. The worst customer service phone line in the world, terrible customer service in person. Never any help when needing to find a package. I can’t wait for USPS to go out of business.

Mail is waaaaay slower to get distributed than other postal locations, outdated lobby area, receiving mail that's been OPENED.

I would give zero stars as I wish many could. I got an email saying I had mail and packages delivered to my “mailbox” by the time I got out of work and home I found the packages in my ditch torn to shreds!! If it doesn’t fit in the mailbox leave a note and I’ll pick it up at the post office!!

There are signs posted on the front door stating to wear a mask. Texas currently has the highest levels of COVID-19 in the country. People are standing right next to each other with no mask on. The employees working behind the counter... no mask. Unbelievable.

Mail carrier could not find my house, so he 'delivered' my package at the first house he found. Called office next day report package not delivered. Office spoke with the carrier who supposedly delivered it, said he spoke with resident at the house where it dropped off. Resident said he dopped it off at my house. Liars both as my package is still missing. THIS is the example of the incompetent morons 'delivering' my mail. If it were possible to give these people 0 stars, I would.

I went to this location to ship a package a get some information. I was the only one in line and the lady clerk was on her personal cellphone having a personal conversation. I kept waiting for her to finish and greet me for a couple minutes. She finally looked at me, rolled her eyes and told whoever she was conversing with that she had to go. It was very awkward. She needs some help with customer service skills.

What can I say. I ordered a package for same day delivery on February 8th, just got the package. I would not really trust them, because my neighbor had to come to my house and ask me if the package was mine

My mail in others residents box.((.there's in mine)).no constant time of delivery.. called and complained also gave carriers mail that was delivered incorrectly..It's a mess and a joke..This is Federal and needs to be looked into... Ridiculous.

Forget about having any packages delivered to your home. My mail carrier will not deliver any packages. I always have to go to post office and pick them up. What's the point in having home delivery if the mail carrier won't deliver.
