These people are crooks. Employees are either incompetent or okay with stealing peoples money. Tried to charge me $3.50 for 1 black and white copy, told me it was policy. Shameful and shows this location is ran crooks. Go elsewhere if possible! I do

Dont use the printer or the computer. They explain to you that it’ll be $2.00 for 3 minutes but never tell you that there will be a $20.00 hold on your account that will be refunded in 24-48 hours. I was there yesterday and it took me 2mins to print something out. It’s crazy how they explain to you how it works but won’t warn you about the $20.00. My account is overdrawn because of them and didn’t notice the hold so my bank charged me an overdraft fee. Ridiculous.

First of all I had to pay a 2 dollars charge to rent the computer to print which it putting a 20 dollar hold on my card. Since I wasn’t able to log into my email I didn’t get to print anything so my money was waisted. Unlike any other store I’ve been to the employees informed me I couldn’t send the company an email of what I needed printed. Any other store like that you are able to send them a copy of what needs to be printed so I was charged for nothing

I came to the UPS Store to return some Amazon items and discovered that an item needed to be inside protective packaging. Thankfully an employee named Elexis was more than helpful in assisting me, and I was able to get the package shipped back to Amazon for a minimal charge with a simple poly bag. It was nice to encounter friendly, helpful service.

Very rude staffing.... There was three female employees in the store this afternoon when I came in. I came to get some pictures laminated drove all the was from the Forney location because they were out of paper. One lady was on a ladder but she seemed to be the most knowledgeable employee because the other two kept having to ask her how to do things. Mind you I already came from another UPS location were they gave me size & price of my needs these three ladies proceeded to rudely argue & acted like me asking questions were putting them out. Needless to say I finally stated to just give me my pictures back and I will take my business elsewhere. I guess thats why the Kaufman UPS store is never busy. Because of the lack of customer service. Kindness goes along way ladies & if you don't like your job at UPS and answering questions to customers then I know there are plenty of others out there that would. Response to UPS's Response: The UPS Store 6817 again I know how big my items were that I brought in I knew exactly what was needed you and your employees did not listen nor understand as you can see in the photos provided so your other future customers can see this review that it is clearly a 10x14 that I brought in to get laminated. At the end of the day You wanted to charge me for a 11x17 even though my picture was a 10x14 & when I tried to ask questions you and your employees were very rude and put out. So yes I took my business elsewhere and I suggest others to do so as well.

I have been in this store several times and the past few months there is always an issue with returning an Amazon package. We can’t take an email, you will have to reprint your label because my scanner won’t scan it oh and it will take several minutes and oh one more thing ( a $2 charge ) This one lady is so unhelpful to people I will not be back. I even witnessed her telling some one sorry you will have to figure it out. We can’t help you learn to print.

I stopped in the Kaufman UPS Store with a very important packet of documents to mail out today. I was a bit frazzled because the documents were for my UK Spousal Visa Application, and everything had to be just right. I have to brag on Sales Associate ⭐️Elexis Mumphry⭐️! Her warm disposition really calmed my nerves. Although I couldn’t see her smile behind her mask, I could hear it in her voice as she kindly answered all my questions and completed with a lovely farewell. I’m not from Kaufman. I had to drive an hour just to mail that package, and I so appreciate Elexis for making it a pleasant experience!!! ❤️

We were not home when a package was delivered so it was taken to this store. We had no choice in it. It was a package to my daughter and her fiancé from their bridal registry. It was addressed to her and her fiancé at our address. I took the slip the delivery person left with me as well as proof of my residency at that address (property tax records). They would not give me the package since it wasn't my name on the package, even though I had property records that I was owner of that property. I was told they would not give it to my daughter either since her identification did not have her married name on it yet. The only person who had an exact name match was the groom who lives 86 miles away, but his ID does not have our address as his residence. "Store policy." I said this is ridiculous to have him drive 86 miles one way to get a package. Plus I had no idea they would even give it to him since his address on his ID was different. I was told to return the following day to speak with a manager. I returned the following day and spoke with the assistant manager, Janelle, and was told the same thing. "Store policy." After pushing the issue and asking if she was really going to make the groom drive that far to pick up this package, she said if he called there and gave authorization for me to pick up the package she would give it to me. I contacted him, gave him the phone number and who to speak with. He immediately called. I could hear the phone ringing. She would not pick up the phone. She was helping another customer. I told the groom to keep calling back. After about the 6th time he called, I said to her, "That's him calling like you told me to have him do!" She said, "I'm helping a customer. I can't answer the phone. STORE POLICY." After she finished with that customer I butted in line and went back and stood by her register so she didn't start with another person. Finally after about the 8th or 10th time he called she finally picked up the phone. She asked him his name, what address it was shipped to and the name of the person he authorized to pick it up. I could have told any random guy this info and have him call if I wanted to steal a package. This was flippin' ridiculous. I though I was in the twilight zone. I will NEVER go to this store by choice. I may be forced to again if UPS doesn't leave a package at our address, but I will not ever choose to do business with this location.

The employees are great. Service is superb. I use them at least on a weekly basis for my shipping and returns. When I’ve had a printing need they have always come through no matter how difficult. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate their services. They make my life easy.

I had some Amazon returns that I was told I could take to Kohl’s. When I got to Kohl’s they wouldn’t take them back, I was getting frustrated. I then went to UPS in Kaufman and I talked to Elexis and she made it so easy for me to return the products I ordered. She had a very caring and sweet attitude. I will always ask for her to help me. She is such a blessing. Thank you Elexis! ❤️
