I don't get takeout often, but for my kids I'll sometimes do it, 3rd time here and all the times my order was missing something. It wasn't like a straw or ketchup packets, it was actually part of the meal I paid for. I never made a fuss about it or even went back for my missing order the 2nd time it happened, but now this is the 3rd time and I feel a bad review is what I'll give them. To top things off, they charged me for extra items that weren't in my order, done with McDonald's for sure.✌️

Management there is horrible! Cursed out my 17 year old son in front of employees and customers. Managers name was Brian. I know kids are mouthy but you cannot speak to anyone that way and expect them to do quality work. If you want a cohesive team, it starts with leadership.

We arrived in drive thru and plced order at 9:15. Paid cash. Asked to wait in mobile 3 spot. Went inside after 10 minutes. Asked for our food. Was told it would be out soon. Left 9:50- with my mom’s food, my son’s food and not my food- they gave me a mcmuffin that I couldnt eat and didnt order. No apology from them and they refused to refund me. Unacceptable. Will call franchise owner.

Worst service. Not only did they get the order wrong, but they give out fountain drinks flat. Fries were cold and soggy. Only thing they got right was the price you pay for the worst service with no receipt to go back and complain.

Worse mcdonald ever! They have 2 lines but are only able to run one. Order taker can't even multi task. They leave you waiting to take your order for ever just to get it wrong!

when we first arrived, the place was a mess & the service was kinda crummy. but a young man named john (sp?) hopped right in & cleaned up the whole joint + carried a very pleasant conversation. and he was so friendly. he said it was only his second day, but definitely could have had me convinced otherwise. 10/10 for john!

I always have issues with this McDonald's. They never listen and they try making you pay for somebody else's order. I don't like pickles and asked for them not to give me any and I bite right into a pickle. This location sucks

Went through drive through and they got the order wrong. One of them was supposed to be the double meat double cheese but they slapped it together bread,the double meat and cheese, then two slices of bread together without anything in between them. The other burger was also completely wrong. Went inside for them to fix it and the lady that was working the register stopped working it which backed up the line and some customers walked out and she started handing the food to the drive through when their was employees over there that could have done it. After about 25 minutes she finally gave me my food corrected but still had not touched the register. Won't be back to this one until it's employees learn to do their job and wear gloves when dealing with food.

The general manager Andra is EXTREMELY unpleasant. Yelled at me and my family that the lobby was closed because she was understaffed. I understand that much but the way she disrespected me, I will never go back. Upper mgmt needs to replace her with someone more customer friendly. And this isn't even the first unpleasant experience I myself have had with Andra
