Joann provided a fantastic, relaxing facial. I was not expecting a neck, arm, and upper back massage as part of the procedure. I understood the purpose of each product that she used during the facial. Joann was friendly and offered under eye products that I was happy purchase. Honestly, I saw a difference under my eyes and my cheekbones after ny facial. With consistency using the under eye cream, I should see less pigmentation, was Joann's suggestion.
