My daughter ordered a birthday cake for my granddaughters sweet sixteenth birthday party. She ordered a round cake with pale pink frosting and a few light blue roses on top and light blue roses around the bottom. When she picked up the cake the night before, she was shocked. The cake had HOT PINK frosting and medium blue roses on top and none around the bottom! Also, the writing was in print and not cursive. I don't believe the decorator read any of the instructions. Then she was charged a higher price than quoted but the cashier decided to give her the original price. It was too late to get another cake at this point. My granddaughter was understanding but I was very disappointed. Your sweet sixteenth birthday is a very special one. We won't be ordering any more cakes from Kroger Bakery. ~Kathy

The products are very expensive, I don’t recommend shopping here. The selection of fruits and vegetables are limited. The staff that work the deli area tend to be kind and quick with their service. However, I overheard one of the managers speaking badly about their employees. They even engaged in gossip with one of their customers and that’s something that doesn’t sit right with me. Please don’t speak bad about your ex employees, don’t accuse people of being thiefs without proof of some sort. Regardless, it is none of our business and it should be handled privately between the manager and their employees. ~Amy

I got goat meat from here. So disappointed. There was only fat and bones.I do not recommend anyone to buy mutton here. Just looked at the previous reviews about meat. I wish I had seen that before. Those reviews are stand true. ~sabrina

My wife and I come here almost every Sunday and there’s a reason for that. Delicious, consistent, and cheap products. We always get the donuts and kolaches and there hasn’t been a single time we haven’t enjoyed what we bought. I really don’t have much to say because, well, there’s not much to say about donuts lol. However, although I give this place five stars, there ARE at least two things that could be improved. Service is curt and to the point, so perhaps it could be friendlier or more engaging if I had to comment on it. The other thing, and it’s a small thing, it would be nice if they had Apple Pay etc. Definitely check this place out some morning. ~Brenton

I ordered cookies here for the last time this weekend. I placed my order on Tuesday so it would be ready when I needed it. However that is not the case. I arrived 15 minutes before my pickup time thinking it would be ready. Long story short I waited an hour for my cookie cake. I was not the only one waiting on pre-orders. I was told several times that my cake was next and that took 4 cakes later. The problem here is not the TWO young women working it is the owner is not looking after this store. There is no management of time or orders. The women working there we working very hard but there were two of them and lots of orders and ice cream orders to be filled. Several customers left after realizing they would not get their cakes in time. The woman making the cakes was so stressed from all the people. I felt bad for her! I tried to reach out to an email on previous bad reviews before posting but I didn't receive a response. Hopefully these young women find jobs where they are treated better. ~Jennifer

I love ALDI. It is so clean and streamlined and simplifies the shopping experience. They have everything I need at a fraction of the price and without the crowd of other grocery stores. The staff is AMAZING. They are so nice, friendly and efficient. We always see the same people working, so it’s nice to see familiar faces. Be sure to try ALDI’s nuts. Their cinnamon sugar ones were so tasty. ~Sophia

I went in today for a few things and was extremely disappointed with the attitude from the cashier named "Star". The customer in front of me was an older woman who was struggling to grab her bag due to limited mobility and Star did nothing to assist or make it easier for her. It was painful to watch- myself along with another kind woman behind me offered help to the customer. It made me very sad to see this. I would expect better from someone, especially if you are at work...and wearing a name tag. Do better!! ~Emilia

I called about services after I was involved in a car accident and received amazing customer service from the start. Matt and Joey handled everything and I was informed from start to finish and they were so detailed. They had my car done quickly and even had it washed for me before I picked it up.
