This bank puts a daily limit on your debit cards, so it’s hard to make large purchases. No one is available on holidays or after business hours to if you need help with a card or to make a large purchase. My husband has had to have his debit card replaced 3 times in the past year or so due to a malfunctioning chip. I called and spoke with someone about an issue eleven days ago. The employee who answered the phone did not fix the issue, but eventually asked if I’d like a branch manager to give me call back and help. I gave her my phone number and, eleven days later, no one has called me. So I can understand the issues with the card chips, the unavailable hours, and the daily purchase limit being downsides of banking with a small-town bank. However, if they can’t even be bothered to call you back, then what are the benefits? I don’t recommend banking here. ~Erikka

I was dropped off at GH bus station, SunMart 308 Livingston, TX, bc my ride had somewhere else to be. I didn't realize my bus was not coming for 2 1/2 days later. I first spoke with Tammy. She in turn spoke to John, the Manager, who out of kindness, allowed me to wait there until my bus came. He offered to get me something to eat, and made sure I felt welcome. I got to know all of the staff there. Tammy, John, Chrissie, Anna, Phina, a couple others who's names I cannot remember. These were good people who were kind and welcoming. I did my best not to be in the way or cause any issues. I cannot thank them enough for their generosity and kindness. If you are in the area, I highly recommend stopping in for Mrs. Phina's homemade breakfast tacos and burritos, or any of your other needs. It is a pretty big store which offers gas, great coffee, fresh food from the deli, clean bathrooms, all sorts of sodas, snacks, or if you partake, beer or wine. Highly recommend this place to all! We ate lunch at Dickey’s next door which was good. Then got gas and used the DIRTY bathroom next door at this Shell Gas Station. Oh my. The ladies restroom had no soap. The soap machine was actually missing off the wall. There are 3 stalls and two were very dirty. Yuck! No good. ~Stacie

I shop at Right Stop regularly their pizza is excellent. I ordered a double cheeseburger with fries fresh and asked the cook politely however little Hitler who works the register refused to allow her to prepare the burger my way and insisted that she prepare one that was already done and sitting under the hotlamp for who knows how long. I can go on how it ended up but i won't bother. The little bitchboy needs to be fired or else the Right Stop will not be in business much longer. ~Scott
