Best electronics store in Lufkin, Texas (TX) 2025

So the name matches the company they are definitely a conn. I bought couches from them paid them fully off before I was even supposed to. Then I go check my credit score on credit karma and Conn's had slashed my credit 45 points. I call and ask them why? No one can tell me why? They just say it will take 30 days for them to put it back on....what? I am trying to buy a house which is why I am watching my credit. So it's a shame cause I have bought my couches,TV,sound bar and system from them. Not anymore I will never go back to Conn's for them to Conn me! ~Laurie

The manager doesn't really know what's going on she doesn't have a very good bedside manner either not a real people person if you get my drift, she would rather argue with her customers than resolve issues, ended up having to go online to get my business done and it ended up being cheaper anyway ~Rod
