I have bought several items from the Lufkin store. Most of the experience has been great. How ever in July I went in to purchase a large window AC. The one I wanted was just sold. So I bought a different unit that costed more. Last month after the first payment it quit working. You could not turn it on or off or anything. They won't replace it. They say due to GE's warranty standard their tech has to look at it. Ok well now he says the part will be delivered to my house this week but he can't come back to fix till next month. Is that ok sir? Well He@# no it's not. Of course of one is well it's the third party tech guys fault. Well problem is he didn't sell me the unit. Personally this is very very poor customer service. All Conn's wants to do is pass the buck and transfer me to all these different departments. So I really do not see doing business with them any longer. If I could give negative stars I would.

So the name matches the company they are definitely a conn. I bought couches from them paid them fully off before I was even supposed to. Then I go check my credit score on credit karma and Conn's had slashed my credit 45 points. I call and ask them why? No one can tell me why? They just say it will take 30 days for them to put it back on....what? I am trying to buy a house which is why I am watching my credit. So it's a shame cause I have bought my couches,TV,sound bar and system from them. Not anymore I will never go back to Conn's for them to Conn me!

Do not buy any appliances from Conns, their name fits them quite well. We paid $2,000 for a stove with a 1 year warranty. They hooked my stove up wrong and it actually melted the top of my stove and my oven is off 50 degrees. They sent out a tech that could not fix it 3 times the top of my stove is ruined. They refuse to replace stove even though it is a fire hazard. Notified my insurance. Company incase my house burns down. They keep saying they are sending a new tech out and they don't call or show up. They do not honor their warranty at all. Buyers beware.
