Poor customer service asked about an item that their app says they have in stock. When i asked they said it probably came in the truck and made no motion to get one the just referred me to another store screw this place ~Jay

This morning I went to cash out my husband lottery tickets Thomasina had quite the attitude today and insisted on me downloading an app to verify if the tickets were winners. The gas station has the machine inside, she wasn't occupied doing anything but maybe a conversation on her phone. She wasn't friendly and handed me the amount in a rude manner. Maybe retrain on customer service? ~Maira

I pulled in to get something to eat in the morning. What a mistake! I bought a Jimmy Dean breakfast muffin and a Krispy Kreme donut. When I opened the Jimmy Dean muffin it look like it had been reheated five or ten times over. I took the packaging and looked at the date and they had added a new date over an expired date. The donut was even stale it was only 9 a.m. in the morning. I will never stop at RaceTrac again! ~Txcat

Last night Wednesday November 14,2018 . Me and my husband stop by this 7 eleven gas station my very first time there and my last . I told my husband I’ll get off and pay inside to the cashier the last $20 in cash I had with me at that moment . The cashier man look at the my old $20 dollar bill and said I can’t take it and the machine don’t take it so I can’t take it . I’m like why is real is not fake I mean is old but that’s all . Omg that made him trigger him to raise his voice and scream at me just because I’m a women and his having a bad day or something. Thankfuly to a customer who was in line Offer to trade a $20 bill he had with me and I was able to pump gas but let me tell you that 7 eleven employee had no right to yell at me . He made me feel bad . The only reason I had to stop by because it was the nearest gas station around and my truck was really low on gas . I was really thankful for the man that step up to trade the $20 dollar bill I will for ever be grateful, but the employee there last night I hope you get to read this review and remember who I’m because right before I left I did tell you “you don’t have to scream at me because I did not do anything wrong to you “ . I hope you know my past days I been really rough for me my little one happen to be discharge from the hospital that day after 3 weeks and thankfully his procedure went good but as a mom is draining . Next time before you go yelling at someone you don’t know that person background and what that person is going through . I have rights and this is my review for this store . ~Reina
