Had to make a stop at this Mansfield location and the lines were short and the store was clean and organized. They actually have 1 self checkout lane.

Poor customer service asked about an item that their app says they have in stock. When i asked they said it probably came in the truck and made no motion to get one the just referred me to another store screw this place

Not really a lot of room to move around in here. They had boxes in the isles and we (customers) had to squeeze past each other. But, on the bright side the ladies working were very friendly and helpful.

Rude people. The elderly lady that rang up my items was very rude. I spent $70 that day and I paid with a $100 she looks at me and rolled her eyes like i was taking all the money when all I need was a 20 , a 5, 1's and some change.. will not spend my money in this store again . This lady really upset me and should not be working with people if she is going to bed rude. Negative people can cause negative effects on businesses and can cause problems in the future.

This place is always so clean, and the staff is always friendly. They are well stocked, and when they are stocking they do not allow freight to trash to litter floors that would make it hard to walk by. Manager is awesome!

I walked in to see if there was a certain hand soap that I needed; didn’t see it in this store. As I was walking out a rude older lady that worked there tried to question me like I took something. I looked at her told her, “no thank you” then walked out. I was in and out of there in less than 2 minutes; guess that’s not normal to her. Found what I needed at the Dollar General at the Broad location and the staff was friendly at the Broad store. I will never return this store ever. No one should ever be treated in such a manner. Was my first and last time in this store off Debbie.

This place is very convenient for fast drop ins. It's packed with little surprises a bit crowded it sometimes especially during the holidays but it has a lot of Little Treasures hidden so when you go in take your time look around don't be rushed. The service is fast and courteous and there's always impulse items to buy before you leave the store just to get that extra change that you don't need great place to visit

Very, very friendly employees! Actually took the time to help my husband and I find the items that we were looking for! 😁👍 and to top it off they had some incredible $0.50 clearance deals on their summer sandals!! Store was nice and clean as well, great job 😁

I bought a green dot card on accident thinking it was a giftcard and went to back a couple of hours later to exchange them for actual giftcards. Greendot was absolutely no help at all, but the Dollar General Manager and associate Theresa Davidson stepped in and were absolutely wonderful!!! They helped me fix the situation on the spot! I appreciate your store very much! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I cannot tell you both how much it meant to me!! Best store around!!!

This store needs a revamp. They have so much inventory that it's very hard for them to organize everything. I guess the employees are put in some kind of bind as far as closing as well because they start bringing in all the outside junk 30 minutes before closing and block your walkways. It's like a ninja obstacle course trying to get to the back of the store for toilet paper. Then, if that's not stressful enough the employees follow you around. I don't know what's going on. I'm sure they have good reason but it's a little stressful.
