We had such a great experience. Joe helped us purchase the couch we wanted and helped us sign up for rewards. What I was worried was going to be a long process, ended up being quick and easy because of him! He truly has the customer’s best interest in mind!

I went in looking to completely furnish my apartment and had no idea what I wanted other than a floor plan! The furniture manager Joe went above and beyond setting me up with everything for my living room, Bedroom, Bathroom, Kitchen, and patio! Joe answered all my questions and concerns. Suggestions on what I should consider to save hundreds of dollars and what goes good together. And then Joe took the time to make sure everything was in stock,, made sure that everything would be able to qualify for finance and made sure that I would be saving maximum $$. I'm telling you Joe went to work for me he was sweating at by the end with a smile! Thank you Joe for making me feel like VIP!!

2022 and received the BEST customer service ever from Joe in the furniture department! He went ABOVE AND BEYOND helping me the whole time with a smile on his face! I am still in shock that he was so extremely helpful and took the time to help so much! I have been having a big issue with a coverage card and HE personally called and got us all set! You are a true asset to any company! Helped other shoppers while helping me with a true love of this job! Above and beyond in 2022 is unheard of! Thank you so much Joe!
