Do not ship internationally from this location. Do not trust the FedEx website about their international shipping expertise. The employees at this facility were unaware of the required forms and processes for international shipping and did not follow up to find out when they said they would. In our experience, the lack of knowledge and care by these employees resulted in hours of phone calls with FedEx where most of the customer service employees provided conflicting information, resulting in customs delays, additional fees and immense stress.
