Do not ship internationally from this location. Do not trust the FedEx website about their international shipping expertise. The employees at this facility were unaware of the required forms and processes for international shipping and did not follow up to find out when they said they would. In our experience, the lack of knowledge and care by these employees resulted in hours of phone calls with FedEx where most of the customer service employees provided conflicting information, resulting in customs delays, additional fees and immense stress. Do more research, but do not ship from here.

Printer did not finish print and they did not have a manager during busy work hour to refund the amount spent. Spent an hour waiting for them to help other customers that came after us for them to tell us we had to come back tomorrow to get the refund. Update: Got a full refund the next day without needing to drive back to the store

I dropped off an art file to be printed with the measurements it needed to be, I was told that was no issue. The next day a different person called me back and told me he cropped the file and it was ready to print. If I wanted it cropped... I would have said that.

Do NOT waste your time and energy going to this place. I visited this place on 12/6/19 for a simple task - mail off AT&T equipment. For starters, I was in line for over 20 minutes carrying these heavy pieces of electronic equipment while 2 employees (a white female and an African American male) walked around doing nothing and 2 others worked the counter. There were at least 2 unmanned computers on the far side counter that I could see. Eventually the white female calls me to the counter and after about 10 minutes of fiddling with the computer system, she tells me that the computer system is not working! Can you believe this?! I asked her why no one mentioned that while I had been standing in line lugging the heavy bags of equipment. She shrugged it off and told me to go to another location. Well, I did. I went to the UPS Store on Hwy 287 off of Walnut Creek and believe me when I say that I was done in less than 7 minutes - no problem with the AT&T website as the FedEx lady had implied. In summary, I do not recommend this place. Don't even waste your time, unless you have a craving for aggravation!

Donna was so friendly and extremely helpful! I was in and out under 10 mins. I had to ship 2 separate items and she was patient and told me prices for different delivery days. I won't hesitste to visit here again!

I only came here once, and my mom had to get her passport photo taken. The associate, Adriana, stayed beyond closing time to take photos of her and print it out for us as it was urgent that we do it tonight. I really appreciate her.

I swear I will never use FedEx ever again. Since shipping my package last week I've had ever possible hurdle from package needing to be held until today instead of delivered on Saturday and the inconvenience of just finding out the service I use is only during a limited time frame. Delay after delay after delay all to get licenses plates to FL. Beyond myself at how terrible this service was. Truly disappointed. And to top it off they were going to make the recipient drive 2hrs to pick up their package because they refused to be accommodating! Driving two hours to a location way out of range is NOT something that can be done with expired tags as they relocated from TX to FL and this was supposed to be sent in an expedited manner to avoid the expiration date.
