Best cell phone store in North Richland Hills, Texas (TX) 2024

Called in to see what offers and deals they had. I was having an emergency and really needed a phone since my original was shattered and couldn’t afford to fix it. They were selling me the $50-$60 plan, claiming that was the only plan they could sell offers with. I told them, respectfully, I worked at a Metro a couple years back and knew that was only a selling point and not true whatsoever. Employee proceeded to curse at me and rudely hang up before I could even continue to talk. ~Daniel

Best experience my husband and I have had at an At&t store. Chasity was so friendly, professional, and patient with us and all of our questions. She made sure we were completely taken care of before we left the store and helped me upgrade my device as well. I will definitely recommend this location and ask for Chasity next time you stop by! ~Karissa
