Came in to pick up a new phone from a trade in offer online. Ended up charging me the full price because “it’s just a hold” and still ended up on the installment plan. Get your act together. Such a huge headache to fix their lack of communication with corporate

Best experience my husband and I have had at an At&t store. Chasity was so friendly, professional, and patient with us and all of our questions. She made sure we were completely taken care of before we left the store and helped me upgrade my device as well. I will definitely recommend this location and ask for Chasity next time you stop by!

This is the AT&T store you MUST to go to if you're anywhere near the Mid-Cities area and want superb customer service. Anywhere else (Hurst, specifically), and you'll be waiting anywhere for an hour or more. As soon as I walked through the front door, I was warmly greeted by both Xavier and Chasity McBratney. The customer service provided by Chasity is unparalleled, and she ensured that I received the best plan for my business needs. Additionally, she did a phenomenal job of answering all of my questions. Furthermore, when I went back to the store at a later time due to an issue I was having with receiving my new phone, Chasity immediately identified the issue within moments and resolved the problem. I am genuinely happy with the exceptional customer service provided by the consummate professionals at this AT&T store, and I would recommend any of my family and friends to patronize this particular store for their wireless needs.

Very disappointed! I came to the store last 10/11 to upgrade my phone. I specifically went there to understand the trade in promo on the iPhones to make sure what I’m committing to before I change my current billing plan. At that time I was on a 30GB share plan and getting 25% corporate discount; I was told that in order to qualify for the trade in I have to be on the Unlimited Starter plan and still keep my corporate discount on top of it. So I had the person helping me calculate the difference of what my monthly bill will look like and was told that with my corporate discount that I’m getting it will be cheaper to go to the new unlimited plan. Well of course I signed up for it since it will save me on my moms payments and better I don’t have to pay for the new phone upfront. Then my first bill came and my corporate discount was not there. I decided to go to the store 10/31 and spoke to a different person in the store. I was then told that with my new plan corporate discount cannot apply. Again what?!!!! So basically I lost 25% discount I used to get which was NOT I was told to begin with. I had to call 611 to explain what happened to see what they can do to fix the situation, the problem is I already traded in my old phone which we processed in the store when I got my new phone activated. AT&T wants to put me back on my old plan but do not want to pay or return my old phone - I was on the phone for over an hour and no positive resolution was provided to either basically stuck with a new plan and now I have to pay more for the service and lost my corporate discount. I could have just paid for the phone upfront and kept my old plan. Such a disappointment!

I came into this particular location out of frustration from a whole different store and Chasity McBratney was extremely funny and helpful. She helped me and did an amazing job. I’m thankful for her knowledge and how quickly she not only helped me but changed my whole mood!!

Omgeeeeeee!!!! I took my mom to At&T store on Davis Blvd where I received A+ 5 Star service!!!! We were greeted warmly by Chasity 😀 she was witty, nice, very pleasant and very attentive towards my moms needs and concerns. Heck I wanted to buy something at AT&T 😀 Trust me customer service is something I value and after meeting Chasity I will return to this location only for my future needs !!!
