I had to leave a review because of the exceptional and professional service I received, and I wanted to let everyone know in case they needed any kind of audio equipment or upgrade to their system that this is the place to go. I have a 2013 Lexus ES350. The sound quality was good but I wanted to make it better. I read the reviews online about Pulse audio and wanted to give them a try. I explained to Johnny the type of sound I was looking for in terms of bass, and was very pleased with the outcome. Please check them out, you will not be disappointed!

This place did some great audio work for me, unfortunately the tint was a bit rough, the first time there was quite a large amount of debris under the film, after redoing a couple of windows, I admit the owner took care of it free of charge, it still didn’t look like I wanted it too. The film was also quite hazy even after curing and some bubbles that evaporated left a grainy appearance. The owner is super friendly, and maybe it just was a difficult car to tint, but I’m out quite a bit of money getting it redone. The audio install, however is top notch, they took great care of my brand new car, and replaced the factory subwoofer and wired it in exactly the way I needed, it sounds great and nearly looks factory. Audio 5/5 Tint 2/5 I would split the difference and go 3.5/5 were that an option.

I was scheduled for 4pm, I got there at 3. I was told over the phone that it would be done in about two hours. I'm assuming they got busy and it was not done until 730pm. They did not call me to let me know that it was being delayed, I had to call them. Other than that, the tints on my car look great and it helps keep my car cool with this Texas heat. I would recommend the place they just need to do a better job estimating the completion time and to contact the customer for any delays.

Upgraded my 4 door speakers to what they recommended. Sound is crisp and they fixed some paneling issues free of charge. Nice staff and all around good experience. Would definitely come back to upgrade more.

I went in to do a minor upgrade to my factory system. Johnny was attentive, knowledgeable, and fair. He listened to what I was looking for and advised on best options. I'm extremely pleased with the service that was delivered and I wasn't oversold. I was recommended a detail service for my car by someone they work in conjunction with. That service was done in poor quality. If you're going to recommend your customers to someone, make sure they perform at the same level of service as your establishment.

I made an appointment for 10:00 with traffic I was running late. I was 1 hour late to be exact and without hesitation they took my truck in. I came in to have a back up camera installed and to fix a Radio issue where the sound kept cutting off. They first tested the speaker wiring to check If something may have grounded out the safety on the radio. After testing those they found I had a faulty wiring harness running to the new radio. It was shorting out and cutting the sound out. Next they ran the back up camera and got everything running correctly. They were very patient with my requests and were very professional. I even got to tour the shop and see some cool cars and trucks. They do have an air conditioned waiting room with TV which is a major plus. I highly recommend these guys/gals here at Pulse. Thanks so much for a jib well done.

I found these guys through Groupon and I am so glad I did! I wanted to get my windows tinted for the summer and they did a great job with a standard tint. Great service too! I really recommend them.

I found Pulse Audio through Groupon, which I got a fabulous deal on window tint for the car I had just bought. I just wanted light tint to keep the Texas sun from baking the inside of my car (nothing drastic). The results were way beyond my expectations. The color was perfect. Bubbles? Hell no! Not one anywhere. Mistakes, imperfections...? NOPE. It is just gorgeous and I got such great price on the work I almost feel like I took advantage of them! ALMOST. 😉 Winks. Here it is a year later and my windows still look perfect. If you are considering having tint done... this is the place to do business with. Also, the staff are super friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgable andjust good kind people that make you feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. 100%

This is my first time using this shop. Staff is friendly and those who I spoke with are knowledgeable. I noticed a difference immediately while driving. They have a great selection of tint which include higher uv blockage. If you are looking for tint, have it done here. They have a waiting area as well.. Call and make an appointment Lifetime warranty is hard to beat. UPDATE: I have updated my review to five stars from four, here's why. After having my windows tinted, there was a small issue with one of the windows but it was fixed on the spot, no questions asked after I pointed it out.(reason for 4 stars). After I left I received a call from a staff member asking what I thought they could do to make it better, so I shared my thoughts.This type of reach out where they took the time to reach out to be better, to earn those five stars is exactly why I recommend this place. They earned the fifth star. Thank you Pulse Audio not only for doing an amazing job on my windows, but for having the right people to make you a stronger business.

I don’t recommend this place for window tints. I took it the first time and they left a huge bubble on my rear windshield. I had to drive all the way back a second time in order to get it fixed. I had called a few days prior to taking it and they told me to go on a Wednesday. When I showed up the receptionist tried to send me home by telling me I needed an appointment. She also had a bad attitude and was rude. The first time I had it done I noticed a bunch of tiny bubbles and they told me it would go away within a couple days. After the second time I got it done it still has the small bubbles and they never went away. For the price and the hassle it’s not worth coming here. For the response to the owner: I did not come in last minute I came in before y’all even opened the first time, and the second time I came in at 9 AM. So I don’t understand why you’re saying I came last minute. If y’all are an appointment based business, then that should have been communicated with me through the phone considering I was polite enough to call first before heading over there. That is a fault on yalls communication. I was not rude I simply came in saying I needed it fixed and the receptionist had a bad attitude. As a business you should make sure your workers provide the best service possible instead of going after the customers. I was referred by someone thinking I would get a good job done NOT with the intention to “burn” y’all with pictures or bad intentions. Why would I drive 30 minutes from my house just to shame a business? You look unprofessional by blaming the age of my car on the quality of y’all’s work, I’ve seen cars older than mine with a much better job done. My car is also 17 years old not 20+ :) I simply left an honest review clearly this business is not professional enough to handle constructive criticism.
