Went there today to get some keys made for my lock box on my work truck, had to go there because Lowe's or anywhere else couldn't make them, David the locksmith was very informative and made sure I had no issues with the keys they made. Highly recommended. ~Richard

Home Depot - Window installation services are not good. Sales is great, good communication and arrived on time. The second measurement for my windows was good, again arrived on time. The installation process was AWFUL. I scheduled my appointment a month in advance for a Monday morning. Only one guy arrives, and he was not told he has two second story windows to install. Also, one additional window was broken. He wants to install that one, and just have a replacement sent out later. Short story - he only installed one window - he left the other windows (including the broken window) in my garage until I reschedule for more guys to help. ~Autter

I am so grateful for my local McCoy’s in Pasadena, TX. I always receive the best customer care in here and the level of service after the sale is amazing. My standards are low, but this bar just lowered them beyond human comprehension. Everyone seems so depressed. The bartender made her personal problems our issues. No music, terrible service, everyone stares at you as soon as you walk in. If you’re going to give that bad of service to people just be a members only bar. The aggression from the female bartender seemed racially motivated. ~bryan
