This review needs zero stars . This ghetto black Storage King manager with tattoos all over her, refuse to refund my $120 storage fee , that I have been waiting for weeks.I have received no paper trail of her emailing billing, so I suppose to listen to words of submitting my refund and waiting 30 to 6 months. She claims to not know Storage King Corporate office and hung up in my face.

Called Storage King after calling a few or places, was greeted on the phone by Kamicia, in a professional, fast and efficient manner.. we went later that evening to see the units, and in person, her great demeanor and personality was more evident! She is a great property manager, and has excellent customer service skills. We had zero issues with the whole process, she answered all our questions and was very accommodating. She is an asset to the company. Thank you Kamicia!

All I can say is their property manager Kamecia truly is a gem. She has such a drive for helping her people and it’s awesome. Great storage spot and even better employees. Thanks so much! Really back to Kameica she was so lovely and kind as this is my first storage unit. She is so well spoken and it’s awesome how informative she is on what she’s doing.
