Overcharged twice !! Went in to see what was I getting charged for & the lady that I talked to was plain rude & had attitude all the time . They keep adding lines without my authorization, this is the second time !

I have been going here for years. Always friendly employees that are so helpful. I recently went there and was assisted by Adam. He was extremely helpful. I couldn't ask for better service.

Only time I've gone here was to get Home Internet. It took two days and was complicated but the rep did a good job with our issues that were credit check related for home internet. Only issue was a month later when we had to call customer service to fix and overcharge because the rep assured us they had setup autopay but really didn't. Other than that, they have always treated my mom whom is a T-Mobile customer nice and with respect despite her not being tech savvy every time she goes in there for issues or to pay her bill. Glad to know they take care of her and don't ridicule her or make fun of her for not being up to date with tech which a local Verizon store did do because she only spoke Spanish. So all in all, no issues. Oh and they are bilingual which is a plus.

I come to this location often. The staff is outstanding and the safety measures they have set up is perfect. Today I had to return a wireless power bank (I purchased at another location) because it wasn’t working correctly. Jennifer took care of everything quickly. I had other questions and she answered them all flawlessly and honestly. It’s nice to be helped by someone that obviously cares about customer service. She gets a 10! But I’ll say this, everyone in there great. Always a good experience! Thank you, and I’ll see you when I come back to get my new iPhone 12 Pro Plus!

Went to this t-mobile and its amazing. They have great customers service, specifically Jorge he will explain everything to you and get you the best deal he can. Been going to him for the past 2 years and i will wait for him if he is busy. Highly recommend!!
