Very lousy service from the young man who works in that store on 11/13/2022 my sister went to buy a phone at this store and the guy who attended her was very abrupt with her when he finished selling her the phone he threw her the passport and the phone and when my sister asked for her number, the guy replied: look for it yourself, they gotta be a little nicer to the customers

ARE YOU KIDDING ME* Moe, when can I come in and pick up my ONEPLUS NORD N10 5G'S ( THE 4 THAT YOU PROMISED YOU WOULD SWITCH OUT FOR THE STYLOS BEING FAULTY FROM THE FACTORY) MOE PLEASE HURRY THIS ALONG AS THE TWO LINE PLAN I WAS FORCED TO GET BC ALL THE TROUBLE WITH MY ORIGINAL 4LINE FAMILY PLAN. I STILL HAVE ONLY ONE OLD PHONE THAT IS BARELY WORKING ON THE 4FAMILY PLAN. I HAVE BEEN PAYING EACH MONTH SINCE OCTOBER WITHOUT ANY COMPLAINTS. MOE ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, WHEN CAN I COME PICKUP THE 4 ONEPLUS NORD N10 5G'S THAT I HAVE BEEN GETING LIED TO ABOUT. COME ON MOE THEY ARE STILL ADVERTISING FOR FREE AND I STILL QUALIFY FOR ALL 4 PLUS 2 TABLETS. WILL BE HAPPY WITH JUST THE 4 NORD N1O 5G'S AND AT LEAST ONE MONTH FREE SERVICE. One of the best stores out there. Guadalupe helped me switch both my mom and dad over from Boost, high quality staff, and products, and cheap as well, and the deals we were offered! If you go, ask for Guadalupe.

Horrible service. Went in at 835 to switch carriers and had to wait for the next lady to finish and when it was my turn she said i needed my account number...when I was trying to get it, she kept telling me to tey tomorrow because it would take too long. Most of the day i work and dont have a lot of free time to do this kind of stuff..early day off ruined

Never go here 2 hrs before closing and if u think the nerdy lookin chick is fixing to move think again.. that had to be the worst customer service ive ever seen in my life if that store is still open in 3 months id be surprised

worse metro pcs store i have ever been to. I come to thos one a lot and so do my family, and we always have problems with the staff and service. They are always making mistakes and they are really rude enen the manager which treats People like crap . Metro pcs is a great company this store just makes them all look bad. the only reason they even got a star is because i cant leave this review without one.
