Best personal trainer in Port Aransas, Texas (TX) 2024

I joined Karen’s gym at the beginning of the year, and it has been great! The equipment is really impressive and Karen is an excellent personal trainer, pushing me to always work hard, but also mindful of safety and not over exerting. I have heard Karen with other patrons, local and visitors, from our high school students to winter Texans, and she is always courteous and helpful. I LOVE that she puts safety first and requires vaccination to enter, and maintains a super clean environment. And, as a local, I appreciate that she gives back to the community by volunteering in many activities. Awesome gym, awesome owner!! ~Michele
