The gym offers two floors of Olympic and standard weights, cardio equipment, interval fitness classes, strength training, spin bikes and classes, boxing area and instruction, tanning bed. yoga classes and tai chi. Guest passes are offered also. If you are a visitor or wishing to purchase a new resident membership and do not yet have 24 hour access please limit your phone calls to 6 AM - 9 PM. During those hours you will receive gym protocol and the 24hr door access code. Phone calls for gym guest membership information will no longer be taken after 9 PM but of course the gym itself remains open 24 hours 7 days a week for all current and new members / guests.

Loved this gym. Two floors of equipment and tons of stuff to use. Never had to wait for any equipment. Free apples after your workout and the owner keeps this gym nice and clean. If I'm ever back in Port Aransas, I'll come back to this gym.

I joined Karen’s gym at the beginning of the year, and it has been great! The equipment is really impressive and Karen is an excellent personal trainer, pushing me to always work hard, but also mindful of safety and not over exerting. I have heard Karen with other patrons, local and visitors, from our high school students to winter Texans, and she is always courteous and helpful. I LOVE that she puts safety first and requires vaccination to enter, and maintains a super clean environment. And, as a local, I appreciate that she gives back to the community by volunteering in many activities. Awesome gym, awesome owner!!

Thank you Karen for providing a safe, clean, and fully equipped gym for the community of Port A to use. I’ve never had any problems using this facility and will continue to use it when we vacation here. Affordable and inviting.

I just called to get a day pass for the gym and the owner asked how old I was. I told her 42 (not my fault I sound super young lol) the owner laughed and said no you’re not. I tried to tell her I was. She told me she didn’t have time for this right now and hung up. Geeez! How do you get to workout in a cool place as Port A????

2nd year coming back to this location! Coming here is perfect, a great gym for keeping in shape even while on vacation. Karen is always a pleasure to be around!

I live in Port Aransas from mid Nov to mid Jan each year, during which time I use this gym. I am so happy it is located right in Port Aransas. It has a good variety of equipment, is always clean, and Karen and other users are always very welcoming.

Nice gym for your everyday fitness. Very clean, and easy instructions to follow to allow you to get your workout in. Reasonable price, was only $10, open 24hrs. It has just enough free weight to get your pump. I would go back if I'm in the area. Thank you Mrs Decker!
