Love this post office. It's usually not overly busy. Yesterday, it was, however, they kept the line going as best as they could. The staff is very nice and friendly.

Worse postal service ever , our postman should be fired on spot , missing mail , mail put in wrong post boxes , issues every day !!!

They lost the label to my package. They showed me my package, I showed them proof that it was my package and they told me they were returning it to the store without a label. I lost my money and I didn't receive the package that was in their hands. Then they rudely told me to move they had real customers to attend. They are so rude, I can't believe I lost the 15 dollars in merchandise because they lost the label.

Went to go refuse a package. Clerk gives me some sass and eventually takes it. Says they can't scan it into the system until some lady comes in on Monday. Monday comes and no update. I open a case and after a week of waiting they call back and tell me there is nothing they can do about it since it wasn't scanned into the system. Thankfully the items in the parcel were only $15 but regardless USPS ultimately STOLE my package. Take this lesson from me, if they don't scan the item and mark it as refused DIRECTLY INFRONT OF YOUR FACE take your parcel back and run. You will be in a world of headaches!

I love this post office for the convenience and it’s close to home. I live in south Berwyn, but I’m closer to the Lyons Post Office. The lines move quickly and I’m in and out of the parking lot. I avoid Berwyn Post Office like the plague. I will agree with other reviews, the employees are definitely not friendly. I’ve never seen a smile or been greeted in a friendly manner. I guess they’re miserable because they’re working. They should be thankful they have jobs. The 4 stars are for location & service.

I have shipped well over 1,000 packages here - I do buy prepaid labels - but I have never ever ever had a bad experience here. Dave is the postmaster and he is VERY knowledgeable - Cathe is fabulous - very friendly and greets everyone with a smile. Their job is not easy - requires AAA attention to detail. But maybe it's just me - I greet them with a smile and thank them everytime I'm there - if you're impatient or rude - well, you get what you give.

Absolutely terrible customer service!!! The mail in my house has been gotten lost ever since we moved in 4 months ago!! Until I got Informed delivery where I was able to see what mail I was supposed to get delivered!! I called and they would be able to tell me anything! So I talked directly to my mailman when he told me that he didn’t deliver my mail because he “didn’t recognize my name”. This is absolutely unacceptable and unlawful tapping into private mail: his job is just deliver any mail that has my address!! Not go through it and pick which gets delivered! To make matters worse he lost mail that came from a relative in the military to which I will never be able to get those letters again.

Service line can get backed up a little bit at times but most of the time it runs smoothly. Just wish the cash register people could be a little faster but Hey it is what it is. I just notice sometimes at their places a little bit short staff Wish it wouldnt turn into Walmart on us locals we have things to do too.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I have been dealing with this post office for 8 years of my life! Why not leave a review right? The people inside the post office really seem to hate their job. Especially Tony, I think she's the post master. She has a TERRIBLE ATTITUDE over the phone and in person. The people delivering our mail are wonderful though. I've seen quite a few come and go. No complaints about them. But inside the post office, it's a different story. I just called to ask her for prices for certified mailing and it was the most aggressive conversation I have ever had. I just called to ask for pricing because I couldn't find it online. I told her politely that I didn't want to argue and that the only thing I called for was to ask for the rates to a certified letter and the return receipt fee, all while she was arguing over postage with me. Why couldn't my office be graced with a nicer post office staff?!?!
