Well stock on alot of crafts clean and organized. Good customer service friendly and knowledgeable. Update same as far as stocked up and customer service but alot of cleance stuff from flowers to craft for kids yarn and other stuff.

It was cool. Found everything I needed. It was kinda hot in the store & I was carrying a bunch of stuff in my arms & no one asked if I wanted a basket, but the cashier was pleasant.

The employee was so nice and helpful and very friendly to my daughter who was holding her own personal change to make our purchase. While exiting the store she overheard us looking at the kids classes and offered us some take home crafts to take home. She was so nice and friendly that I will definitely be returning to have service like that again.

Honestly this is probably the best Michael's stores I've seen. The store is clean, well lit , the aisle are spaced out enough to shop around and easy to navigate through the store.
