Went to the store this past Saturday to try and trade in our phones, my husband and I were helped by John. I lost my job and had been trying to think of ways to save money. Well since our current phones aren't quite paid off we didn't trade in our phones because we couldn't afford too. John was very patient with us in explaining our options, with the understanding that he probably wasn't going to be making a sell that day.
