If I could give 0, I would. Beware of John....he is a salesman at this place. He will talk over you, try to upsale you on everything..he was rushing us on everything because he wanted to leave... and even after saying NO multiple times...he went to my husband and asked the same thing like the answer would change, he is rude, condescending, and tried to be slick by adding extras to our plan which we DID not want and then acted as if we didn't know what we were talking about. If we weren't desperately needing to change plans, we would not have even let it go on as long as it did. We were ready to go with 3 new phones and he added things to our plan to make him more money. When questioned...he denied it before finally saying what he added. At this point, we were done. We left. I told him how he treated us and how he should never be able to do that to someone and he acted like he did no wrong. He left me and my husband with such a bad taste in our mouths for Verizon and we will NEVER EVER go back to that store unless he goes...because he hands down ruined our night & we walked away with NOTHING because of his customer service.

Went to the store this past Saturday to try and trade in our phones, my husband and I were helped by John. I lost my job and had been trying to think of ways to save money. Well since our current phones aren't quite paid off we didn't trade in our phones because we couldn't afford too. John was very patient with us in explaining our options, with the understanding that he probably wasn't going to be making a sell that day. I can say this much, that act alone will keep me a customer there. Thank you John for helping my husband and I it is much appreciated!

I had a very good experience at this location. When I arrived all the agents were busy: but I only had to wait a few minutes. As soon as John finished with his customer, he came to help me. My husband was having a technical problem with his phone. It was a minor fix; but John was friendly, courteous and professional. I appreciated that he didn't act like I was wasting his on something I should have been able to fix myself. Thanks again for your help.

Terrible customer service here. I arrived just 1 minute after closing and wanted to ask a simple question so I would know whether to come back the next day. Do you sell mobile hotspots? One sales staff tried giving me the cold shoulder, then called his manager (who couldn't have been older than 25). His manager just looked at me thru the window, held up his hand gesturing they were closed and then walked away. Wouldn't give me 10 seconds to ask a simple question. I won't be shopping there ever again!

I drove 16 miles to this store. They won't honor my request to disconnect a phone line and told me to call a 1-800 number. I wasted almost half a day in store and on the phone trying to cancel my account. Short blonde lady is incompetent and rude.

Our experience was great. I do see how someone has to wait a long time. There were 4 people working and the time it takes to buy a phone and transfer your data is around an hour or more. Our guy was with us for probably 45 minutes and as our data was transferring, he went to help other people. We were there almost 2 1/2 hours. Technology is great but takes a long time to get it to work. Probably like that everywhere. Just have to pack your patience.

Always helpful staff, and love the new store design! There can be long waits, but that's true of every cellphone store I've ever been to.
