Great service!!!! I moved to Rockwall about one month ago. I took my vehicles to the firestone on grandpraire and lately the service is not the same anymore. I was impressed by the service that I received at Firestone in Rockwall. Staff is great ans customer service is awesome. Really honest employees!!!

Showed to have the 4 tires available and in stock and online and they even confirmed my appointment after I purchased. Then they tell me oh we can’t do it cause they aren’t in stock. Anyone reading this don’t waste your time go shop somewhere else! Horrible experience and never even walked in the store!

Very Courteous, great work! The staff was great and even got me out and on my way to work on time- this absolutely did not affect their quality of work and we will continue to go to them for our automotive needs. One recommendation for your convenience- go online and set up a check in time before just showing up. It was very easy to navigate and so helpful!

Pretty bad experience. If I could give zero score, i will give zero. After they completed my alignment for the first time I paid, they gave me wrong report for different vechicle.

Took a tire to get repaired. Shop said it was unrepairable and tried to sell me a new tire. When I got home to put right amount of air in the tire noticed they didn’t even put the stem cap back on. Took it to my normal shop and they fixed it no problem.

Unfortunately fell in the trap and bought the lifetime alignment. 1. Another shop in rockwall showed me just how bad my alignment was after a Firestone alignment. 2. Went in for a tire rotation, marked the tires and they were never rotated. That tells me they don’t change your oil and don’t actually do alignments. They just charge you for it is all.

Firestone was my sixth try for a safety inspection on our new motorhome on a BUSY Monday lunchtime in Rockwall (everyone else was either too busy or didn't have the staff to do an inspection). Not only did they take me in immediately, but they got me out in about 15 minutes. Great customer service and very professional!

Been using this firestone with my Family for sometime now. Always brought my car here just as a default but now I am starting to think I'm better off going else where. For the most part the front desk staff is very friendly. Enjoy working with both Alex and Bob. I always try and schedule an appointment with firestone in advance as I know they are busy at times and I want to make sure I am taken care of. Last few times it seems that my appointments scheduled have been ignored. I had an appointment scheduled on 6/11/22 at 12:00PM. Here I am sitting in the lobby at 2:05 and my car isn't even in the dock. I asked them how much longer it was going to be and the excuse given was they only had 2 techs that could do my work and they were busy on other vehicles He also said I would probably have to wait an additional hour before they could even get my vehicle in the dock. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if you are not even going to honor it. I arrived on time and am paying for a service the least you can do is honor your appointments you set with you customers. Update: I am writing this about 30mins after the above post. As I have said in the previous section above both Alex and Bob are awesome. I didn't get all the services I needed however I was able to get my oil change that I needed. On top of that Alex was able to comp for the service I experienced. I didn't get everything I needed but this gesture made me feel better about my experience. Because of this I am changing my rating from a 1 to a 3.

From the first phone call, these guys were great. They let me know they had to get my tires but would be able to install them next day (Sunday). Alex kept me posted on everything & was super helpful and friendly. Couldn't ask for better service (Owners... Alex deserves a raise... She's amazing)
