Best brake shop in Rockwall, Texas (TX) 2024

Went in for oil change and inspection. Their inspection system was down and I could only get an oil change if I had the cash. Absolutely no courtesy or concern. I’ve been going here for 3 years and I have 3 vehicles and the service has always been exceptional until now. The guy lounging behind the counter has no customer service skills. I won’t be back. ~Patricia

From the first phone call, these guys were great. They let me know they had to get my tires but would be able to install them next day (Sunday). Alex kept me posted on everything & was super helpful and friendly. Couldn't ask for better service (Owners... Alex deserves a raise... She's amazing) ~Marta
