Best tire shop in Rockwall, Texas (TX) 2025

Went in for oil change and inspection. Their inspection system was down and I could only get an oil change if I had the cash. Absolutely no courtesy or concern. I’ve been going here for 3 years and I have 3 vehicles and the service has always been exceptional until now. The guy lounging behind the counter has no customer service skills. I won’t be back. ~Patricia

From the first phone call, these guys were great. They let me know they had to get my tires but would be able to install them next day (Sunday).
