The staff that work here are really nice and always offer a warm greeting. Very sweet and have a great disposition. I love coming here to redeem my monthly certificate. I laways get updates on games that are coming out and they keep to date on preorders. Thank you so much for making my visits pleasant.

I just want a ps5. Apparently Gamestop backdoors most of their hardware for limited drops.

The manager has lost his marbles. He makes some wear masks and others not. I've witnessed him yelling at customers over not having a mask pulled 3cm higher over their nose. I vowed never to set foot in this store ever again and haven't for over a year. Avoid this store at all costs!

They require a mask in a public business. It is my understanding that unless a membership is required with rules and regulations they cannot enforce the public to wear a mask that is not professional grade and ineffective type of face covering. They are always trying to upsell but are very knowledgeable about their products.

Most of the time this store is top notch great knowledge and customer service. But I went to trade a playstation 4. they were going to give me 130$ for and turn around and sell the same unit as is for 390$. I didn't have a 10$ hdmi cable with it and they said they couldn't take it and I'd have to buy a cable. Thats riculous considering the profit margin they stand to make on reselling the unit. I could understand if I were missing a 60$ controller or something but to be that petty over the most trivial part of the game console really put me off. My experience is not necessarily indicative of the quality of the store but more the company itself. Still needs to be noted.

Awesome place! I’ve been going here since I was 7 years old and have always had the most wonderful experience here! The staff is always lovely and understanding, they never rush you and I have never had them be rude at all. They are very helpful in helping me find things and have a lot of things to sell other than the games themselves!

It's a good store and Sean does well running the place, he remembers names and faces very well. Will have what you want most of the time and will gladly order you an item if they don't.
