I normally get Giant Direct, which can be a frustrating experience. The shoppers tend to pick items close to date. Several times they have picked out expired date products. However, they are great about refunds but my frustration is mounting. It is a hassle I don't need. I might have to switch to Whole Foods. Perhaps another Giant store would be better.

I want to say how you over work your employees and under pay your employees 12 dollars for janitor 13 overnight stock are you kidding me I now a worker who was making 15 overnight stock and know u want to pay overnight worker 13 dollars plus u had a good worker that kept the store very clean RIchie I walk into the store and there he was very friendly very kind always greeted us costumers as we came in know I see how horrible the store looks specially in produce you need to pay workers right poor girls at Starbucks can’t even keep tips shame on Giants

This Giant is certainly better than the one between Lititz Pike and Oregon Pike. They are usually less crowded and have more items in stock. I've been here hundreds of times. I prefer this Giant over others. Plenty of parking. Good location.

Nice big store. Went to check-out that had a light on, no cashier was there, another customer came behind me. Finally Amee came from bagging at the register beside. Poor service if you ask me making customers wait with the light at the register on.

The Lititz Giant has a nice sized natural foods section. It's clean and the employees are nicer than other giants. Otherwise identical to other Giants. Good choice for food shopping in Lititz.

Purchased cheesecake crumble packs from there this week. I was eating one and thought it tasted a little funny, so I checked the date. It was over 2 months out of date. Just hoping it doesn’t give me food poisoning. Tried to call the store to warn them if they hadn’t already been removed from the shelf but the phone just rang and rang and never picked up. I typically don’t check the dates before I eat something I have just bought because I don’t expect that. Looks like I might need to start.

One of the smaller Giants, but still great. It's Giant, it's a great grocery store with great prices. What more do you want?

My wife and I go every other Saturday in the mornings and find most of the products we have on our list. Supply and demand is tough right now, but do good for the most part. Prices are fair, we like the bonus buys and mfg. Coupons. Stocking products in some aisles Saturday morning can make it a challenge, but patience helps. Checkout is under staffed at times. We bag our own groceries. Over all we continue to make this Giant our stop.

Such a good feeling to see my local Giant is bringing in more and more ethnic food choices. It's awesome to see that everyone has options while shopping for groceries despite how small their ethnic community may be within our small town of Lititz. My family(being a biracial family) greatly appreciates the efforts made by Giant!
