This Turkey Hill was originally built and operated as a Giant To-Go for the 1st few years , which is how it got it nice styling and design . I’ll drive by most other Turkey Hill stores in and around Manheim / Lititz area to make a special trip to this one, it’s my go-to. A few things make this store stand out : 1.) quick n easy in & out . It’s designed into the traffic flow so good that it’s quite painless to just stop n go . 2.) it has many well lit, always functional gas pumps . Ive never had an occurrence where I intend to only use the pump , without going in before or after the sale , which brings me to my point : you can always get a receipt at the pump . I’ve never seen it not have receipt paper . 3.) adequate outdoor seating 4.) decent, clean bathrooms 5.) ................ a five star Turkey Hill 👍🏼

Very convenient because it's so close to my house. Nice that they added beer sales. Staff is friendly enough. However, I avoid going here if I can for one reason and one reason only. Here it is: You know how your jeans smell if you wear them all week? Wear them to work, go out for lunch or dinner a few times? Maybe a movie or a pub? Sit in an Uber? That's how your clothes will smell after being in this store for just 2 minutes. This morning, my clothes are fresh out of the dryer. I walk in to pay for gas. It takes one minute tops. I get in my car and immediately, I smell like the inside of that store. I used to smell this way when I worked 10 hour shifts in restaurants. I expect this of Rutter's; every one of their locations feels gross to me. This is the only Turkey Hill where I experience that. Fix your ventilation system!

I LIVE RIGHT NEXT TO THIS STORE AND BESIDES THE FACT THAT I LIKE GIANT TO GO BETTER, I HAVE FOUND THE EMPLOYEES OF THIS STORE TO BE FRIENDLY. WHEN I GO IN FOR CASES OF WATER, THEY PERMIT ME TO PUSH ONE OF THEIR CARTS TO MY APARTMENT AND THEN I RETURN IT IMMEDIATELY. AS FOR THE COUPON LADY........THERE ARE THOSE WHO GO INTO STORES AND STEAL ALL THE COUPONS FROM THE PAPERS, NOT JUST CHECKING TO BE SURE THEY ARE THERE. THEY HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO QUESTION YOU WHEN YOU ARE GOING THROUGH PAPERS. I UNDERSTAND THAT COMPLETELY.

Honestly, it's close to my house, so I come here often. Honestly, if the staff wasn't good I'd go somewhere else. Staff has been nothing but good and it's kind of cool (I think) that their night staff has a couple of people who have just enough of the right kind of attitude to give this place some added personality. I like this Turkey Hill and I like the people who work there. They all really seem to care, which is refreshing nowadays. And BTW...the barbecue chicken pizza is WAY better than you would typically expect. Love it!

I recently went into Turkey Hill at 601 Richmond Drive on Sunday 9/24 to get 4 Sunday News papers. The reason why I buy so many papers is that I “Coupon”. I always check inside of each paper to be sure all coupon packets are inside. I went up to a counter that was closed to check and was asked by the female employee “what are you doing” very rudely I might add. I explained that I was planning on purchasing these papers but wanted to be sure there were coupons inside. She instructed me to check at her counter. I searched one paper and 2 coupon circulars were missing and was going to the next one when a younger male employee asked me rudely “are you buying all those?” I looked up and said yes I am just checking to be sure the coupons are inside. The first female employee told me rudely “your gonna have to move so I can take that customer” I’ve never been treated like that in a store in all my life. I placed the papers back and walked out of the store. I will never ever ever buy another newspaper in your stores again. If this is how your employees treat your customers I want no part of that.

This one is nicer than most in terms of appearance as the whole development , Richmond Square, was a planned one. Selection really isn't any different than any other Turkey Hill.
