Our salesman, David, was professional, knowledgeable about the variety of products, answered our questions completely and concisely, and we didn't feel rushed. Delivery was scheduled conveniently and the delivery men were polite and no nonsense. They took out the old, brought the new in and put it in place. We have been sleeping well on the mattress.

Delivery will be in 3 days and our old bed will be removed when they deliver our new bed. However, I notified someone regarding our free pillow because I am having trouble searching for it. The man said if I can navigate through the delivery guys will bring me our free pillow with a $49 value. Well we want the pillow and have only the rest of today and tomorrow to get it. I emailed your general contact information to help and so far nothing. I don't think we should have to work this hard for a free pillow. Other than that I'm giving our shopping experience 5 stars.
