The folks at Lancaster Mattress are very impressive. They are helpful and knowledgeable. They provided pros and cons for different mattresses, and then backed off and did not pressure. We just purchased the mattress set today, so we only can comment on the process. We had been elsewhere, and Dave and Jenny were the best to deal with. It is great to see a locally owned store stay in business all these years. ~Hal

Couldn’t be happier on our purchase at “Furniture 2 Go”!! The staff was kind and professional and gave us room to explore by ourselves and when ready was very helpful in the purchase of our sectional and recliner chair. The delivery fellas were top notch!! I seen Lisa and Marie.. both so very nice. I get the nail dip and where I was going it made my nails so thick and I always hated that, but thought that's the way it was, but here they arent like that! So much better! The price wasn't bad either! Oh! And a little bonus while you have your hands under the lights they give you a nice little neck and shoulder massage and then when your nails are dry they massage your hands a little was very nice. Definitely will be going there for now on😊 ~Teresa

This location has its goods and bads. It’s large which is very nice, it is not organized, the household items are just tossed amongst the shelves, it has a large Childrens section. The outlet store is decent sized, although I found bugs in the bins so I chose not to buy anything from the outlet store. ~Katie

I usually come here for parking on deliveries a few towns over. Place is always clean, stocked, except for windshield washer fluid that I needed, but a gallon of water and dawn dish soap this time of year cured that problem. Kids are always nice in the store never any problems. The menu items are kind of pricey for what you get it's like shrinkflation real small proportion, but unfortunately looks what's going on. Food is good, people are nice and store was clean. Good stop 👍 ~Brian

It's never too busy for me in the morning on my way to work. Prices have been somewhat better than other gas stations. And they sell quality gasoline. Recommended. ~Jonathan

Worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. I got engaged a week later a diamond falls out of my ring, and it needed to be resized so I sent it in, Promise date was a few weeks which was fine, then they call and say it’s going to take 2 months, I’ve called them for updates about my ring, and kept getting the run around every single time, untill I told them I wanted a refund, then that’s when things started to get handled. They told me at-least 6 broken promises, Poor communication between the employees, I will never ever buy anything from Kay’s again. Your just a number to them. 0/10 ~Brit
