Worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. I got engaged a week later a diamond falls out of my ring, and it needed to be resized so I sent it in, Promise date was a few weeks which was fine, then they call and say it’s going to take 2 months, I’ve called them for updates about my ring, and kept getting the run around every single time, untill I told them I wanted a refund, then that’s when things started to get handled. They told me at-least 6 broken promises, Poor communication between the employees, I will never ever buy anything from Kay’s again. Your just a number to them. 0/10

Went for watch battery replacement. They didn't have the key for Seiko watches. Other watch battery was replaced without issue. Friendly staff.

Overall terrible and stressful experience. Went and ordered and engagement ring later July. Was told we’ll give you a call in two weeks. I got the call went to pick it up a few days later and there were no diamonds in the halo. So I said no problem stuff happens. They said it should be done in a few days, I never heard anything from them after the weekend. So I called they said they were having trouble with quality control, and they would call in a week. This happened for a whole month. Then the manager called me and said hey the ring will be in on the 10th, I went in on the 13th and they had no idea where it was. They told me come back in the next day when the manager is in. I came in and talked to him and got his personal number. He lied to me a week later and told me that the ring will be in, in two days. I went to pick it up and it was not there. I called customer service and they told me the ring was still in New Jersey getting worked on. This whole time I was just given the run around and lied to. The manager himself told me I would be getting a good bit of money back for having to deal with this. I got in touch with customer service last week and finally got my ring and talked about getting some reimbursement but it was no where near the price we talked about. All that to say it started out good but turned out terrible had horrible service. Will never go back there again

Went last Saturday and picked out and anniversary band and a pair of diamond ear rings. Manager said they be a better deal this weekend they took my name and number to hold them. Went this Saturday the staff had no idea what I was talking about I had staff name. They said he didn’t answer. Said they call me once he called them it’s now Sunday night no phone call.

Amanda the sales manager helped us pick out the best bridal set and was so amazing and sweet. Amanda went above & beyond her job duties to make our same day purchase a great one. Highly recommend, I wish our NYC stores would learn from this store... Thanks again Amanda Aponte!!!

I will never go to kay again. My husband and i took his ring in to be sized and have rhe diamond fixed that fell out. First time they never even sent it out it sat in a drawer. Second time the ring came back we never even knew. No phone call no email nothing. My husband went to pick up his ring and you can easily tell which diamond was replaced. The band is so thin its about to break any second. The MANAGER said "once it breaks bring it back it will be fixed for free" entirely beside the point!!! We don't want to keep coming back for unacceptable repairs. Im still paying on this ring and it cannot even be fixed properly. Not only is it extremely thin and the diamond severely noticeable where it was replaced the whole ring is off center. It is cut crooked and it looks absolutely horrible!!! Either they make a new ring for my husband because they completely screwed it up beyond repair or I want my entire money back and i will go somewhere else. Completely unacceptable from this establishment. Id rather deal with the kay in park city and I HATE going there.

The manager Sheldon is a fantastic people's person. He helped me get the ring of my dreams and took care of my concerns promptly. Never in all my years shopping in retail have I ever been taken care of so sincerely than I did with him. Thank you Sheldon!

I am very disappointed with this place , i bought in my ring to fix. The sales lady promised and wrote on my repair receipt the date it will be ready . I was very clear if it can not be repaired by a certain date then i will go somewhere else being that i am traveling overseas and need my ring before then. They charged me a crazy repair and polish charge which i had to pay before leaving the store, but because i was promised my ring back within the 10 days i paid and left it there. On the day i was suppose to pick up i called and i was told that they could not fix and that it would take 2 weeks and that my ring was ship to somewhere in Ohio to fix I dont understand why i was not informed that earlier . After arguing back and forth now i was promised that the ring will be coming back to the store next day . I hope my ring will be there and i am demanding a full refund . I could have went to another place and gotten it fixed what a waste of time .
