Got some baby clothes jewelry. The jewelry clerk was very helpful and patient with helping us choose what to get. The escalator going upstairs wasn't working, so finding a way back up to the next floor when we were done was a real challenge. Downstairs we found what we wanted but finding a cashier was a struggle.

I myself do not go shoe shopping often but due to unusual circumstances I found myself at the mail yesterday having to kill thirty minutes of time. I remembered I needed to get the little one some new Crocs. So we walked around and went to Shoe Carnival. I was impressed with their selection of shoes for Men, Women, kids and Infants. We browsed around the store and the little one found the ones she wanted and while she did that I found myself wondering around too. I was in need of some new sandals (slides as the younger generation calls them) and found some on sale. So I ended up getting them along with another pair of shoes by Hey Dude. Also said and done wasn’t bad pricing and had plenty of stock. The reason for the four star vs five star review was because of a lack of customer service. I spent like twenty minutes in the store and not a single associate asked if I needed help.

They were having a jewelry sale,& I was looking at just a small gold diamond ring, like a band, and the one I liked was more than I wanted to pay for it. I said, never mind, unless you can get it under a certain price-500$. So she said hold on and was looking around for some stuff and came back and she said, If you come next week she said I can get you this exact ring for this price which was $350 so that was way under $500 and even with the sale I normally would have paid $650 for it, and that was 60% off. So, I'm excited! I think that's a great value! And she's talking about the protection plan and I'm like nah I'm good I'm cool I don't need that but it was a pleasant experience that's really the only place I was at though but they had good deals too now's the Time to Go summer shopping honestly!

There is NO selection of clothing for women especially for office casual. And when there is as quickly as it was put out on the floor it disappears. I don't get what is up with our manufacturers here in the USA. I know things have been tough for everyone but they are some items that are really not appropriate especially in color design and price.

Clean, friendly staff and good prices. I don't like that a return or exchange has to happen all the way in the back of the lower level. Seems outdated and should be able to be done with any staff member.

Shouldn't be trying to convince young children to get credit cards. If I wasn't there my son would have been tricked. I worked for you before so I am knowledgeable about the game. Very disappointed

Worst customer service experience ever! Bought mattress online in April, 4 days in we call to start a return because it didn’t work for either I or my husband and got charge a $244 return fee (yes there is a return fee for mattress and furniture) that was never saved on file or forwarded to pickup company. I have made several calls, been put in long holds, spoken to different people and every single time I’ve been told to call the pickup company and them saying they have not gotten the necessary information from JCP. It is now end of June and issue has not been resolved. I will never again make any mattress/furniture purchases from JCP!

Destiny in the jewelry department was great! She helped me with figuring out my ring sizes and was very patient about the whole process- I appreciate her assistance and she’s a great employee.

I had to return somethings. Lauren at the return desk was so helpful. She let me know what they had in store and didn't. She got the stuff they had and ordered the stuff they didn't. Makeing the experience so much better.
