Target

I used to love this Target, and I still do a lot of my shopping there because it is on my way home from work. I do think that the people in the pharmacy are both friendly and helpful. This part of my experience has remained consistent, and I am thankful for it. Since reorganizing the store, shelves have been very unorganized. I don't mind that they changed it around, but some sections have just been quite messy. Today the bathrooms were awful. There was toilet paper and trash all over the floor. The most inconsistent part of my experience has been the pickup ordering. I deal with chronic pain issues and occasionally use the pickup option on my worst days (maybe once every other month). I can still walk, but reducing the amount that I walk just on these days helps me to recover faster. The heat caused a considerable amount of pain, so I put together a small grocery run since I was already going to be out that way. The trainer made everyone in front of us, including me walk back through the store to pickup our order. I offered my empty cart to her hoping this would make it easier for her (as other associates seemed to appreciate this in the past), and she ignored me. This would not have bothered me as much but she complained about the fact that I got so much, and warned me that it would take her several trips even though we were literally right outside the door where the order was kept. It was 5-6 bags of mostly fruits and vegetables, cat food, and paper towels. ~Dana

JCPenney

I myself do not go shoe shopping often but due to unusual circumstances I found myself at the mail yesterday having to kill thirty minutes of time. I remembered I needed to get the little one some new Crocs. So we walked around and went to Shoe Carnival. I was impressed with their selection of shoes for Men, Women, kids and Infants. We browsed around the store and the little one found the ones she wanted and while she did that I found myself wondering around too. I was in need of some new sandals (slides as the younger generation calls them) and found some on sale. So I ended up getting them along with another pair of shoes by Hey Dude. Also said and done wasn’t bad pricing and had plenty of stock. The reason for the four star vs five star review was because of a lack of customer service. I spent like twenty minutes in the store and not a single associate asked if I needed help. ~Anthony

Inside Track

I was needing a better shoe/sneaker for my feet according to my orthopedic doctor. The doctor suggested trying Inside Track for a pair of sneakers. The salesperson was so extremely helpful. He knew his stock and what each sneaker was made for. The salesman asked me multiple questions, so that he would be able to find the best sneaker to meet my needs. They even gave me a $10 discount when I checked out. Very pleased with their service. ~Donna

Columbia Factory Store

The selection of products is pretty good. The pricing is decent as well. There is typically a deal running in store so it makes it worth it to bundle. The only problem I have occassionally is finding my size, however, standard sizes are like that in most brick & mortar shops so I'm used to that. I've never taken the time to ask an associate if there are others available in the back or at another store so I can't fault the store for that. All in all, good gear at good prices. I stop in everytime I go to Tanger outlets. ~Mysweetaiden

Charlotte Russe

I went to buy a pair of jeans for an event, the fitting rooms were closed so I just purchased them to try them on at home, they didn’t work out, I went to return them the next day and the sales associate said it has to be an exchange or store credit…it wasn’t even 24 hours later! How can I know what works if I can’t try anything on? For this store to have such an outrageous return policy the fitting rooms should be open. I’m now stuck with a store credit that I can’t seem to use because every time I step foot in the store there isn’t any good pieces I’d LOVE in my closet. It’s very dated. This store isn’t what it used to be. I’m never greeted, the fitting rooms are never open (even earlier in the week where there’s minimal foot traffic in the mall), and the employees look so miserable. I can be in the store for ten minutes and no employee comes to check to see if the guests are finding everything they need. Just overall not a good atmosphere. ~Danielle
