Best fashion accessories store in Lancaster, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

Pretty small store compared to other J Crew Factory locations I’ve been to. Low inventory - they didn’t have what I was looking for so I ventured elsewhere. Love J Crew though! Ended up ordering online. ~Mia

I went to buy a pair of jeans for an event, the fitting rooms were closed so I just purchased them to try them on at home, they didn’t work out, I went to return them the next day and the sales associate said it has to be an exchange or store credit…it wasn’t even 24 hours later! How can I know what works if I can’t try anything on? For this store to have such an outrageous return policy the fitting rooms should be open. I’m now stuck with a store credit that I can’t seem to use because every time I step foot in the store there isn’t any good pieces I’d LOVE in my closet. It’s very dated. This store isn’t what it used to be. I’m never greeted, the fitting rooms are never open (even earlier in the week where there’s minimal foot traffic in the mall), and the employees look so miserable. I can be in the store for ten minutes and no employee comes to check to see if the guests are finding everything they need. Just overall not a good atmosphere. ~Danielle
