This guy literally yelled at customers because he didn't stock ups for everyone and then put his hands down his pants and fixed himself and didn't even wash his hands after. Acted like nothing happened. That is disgusting.

Cashier was very unintensive and smelled of body odor like he hadn't taken in a shower in days will not be returning to the store

This is a good place to stop if you need a cheap but still decent hot drink. You can mix cappuccino and coffee and add any creamer you want. I have stopped here various times during my paper route on a Tuesday, and have found clean bathrooms and friendly employees.

This weekend I was in(around 10 pm). The cashier- Jenn- had a problem with the card reader working. She quickly closed out her register, and went to another register who’s card reader was working. I commend her for her composure under the pressure, as there was a line back to the MTO screens. Poor girl apologized to each and every customer, and repeatedly thanked them for their patience during a technical malfunction. Although she was wearing a mask, it was obvious she was (faking-or at least I would be at this point) smiling, and kept a professional presence. Honestly, I know for a fact that these workers don’t make much per hour, and I don’t know what her rate of pay is, but whatever it is—> It’s NOT enough!!!! I usually go to this store earlier in the evening, and get sub par customer service, however as long as this woman is employed here, I will make it a point to go a little later in the evening. It is truly refreshing to FINALLY get someone with TERRIFIC personal skills working at this store! I stopped in again last night (Monday), and she stopped cleaning to brew me a fresh pot of coffee-again apologizing that she hadn’t had the time to do it sooner for me. I’m hopeful that she sticks around for a while, but unfortunately I’m sure she will move on for a better paying job. Let me just say - SHE DESERVES A RAISE!!! I’ve had ‘assistant Store Managers’ at this store who’ve shown less interest in customer satisfaction than this lady. Sad, but true. So, if anyone of importance actually reads these reviews, I hope you move fast to keep this one! She’s DEFINITELY worth keeping!

This store never has anything stocked, you can never buy or cash in lottery tickets. The self dispensing machine is always turned off or not working, the employees have a lack of interest in helping and can be down right rude. Be aware that you will smell like fried food when you leave the store.

Seriously these people think they are worth $15 an hour? This has to be hands down one of the worst stores when it comes to the attitude of the employees! I travel all over Lancaster county and there is only one store that has employees with a worse attitude. I only stop here when necessary otherwise there are better stores! I guess they assume everyone they do not recognize as a regular to that store is a tourist and can be treated as a nuisance. (after all they are too busy with their social media posting on their phone to be bother with trivial things like doing their job!) There are other Turkey Hill stores close by to chose to give your money to instead!

I would love to give this Turkey Hill a five star rating because most of their employees are kind and professional but I was just in there and had a bad experience with one of the employees. Today, Hailey attended me with a money order and she was very kind but the lady who came over to help her, got my amount wrong and was very RUDE and SASSY with the male employee who kindly HELPED her correct HER error. She kept rolling her eyes and cutting him off while he tried to explain how to safedrop the bad check. As I was leaving, she basically told him to shut up as she shouted “I KNOWWW” in a rude and LOUD manner. My family owns a grocery store in the city and I know what it is to have a bad day but still have to be professional and kind in front of customers.
