Best passport office in San Antonio, Texas (TX) 2024

Busted about 5:15 pm on October 12, 2022. Had a big cashier's check to send. Ask the clerk best suggestions to get it to destination and know it hot their. He said mail it express and I sign that it was sent and they acknowledge it was received by signing for it. Both gentlemen working the counter were African American so it's hard to really describe him to differentiate the two. I guess you might day he was a little larger than the other one. This employee knew his stuff. He was extremely courteous and seemed to enjoy his job. Overall, this post office is very efficient. Wish all post offices ere this efficient. Just wanted to give a shout out to an employee. Having to make that big payment wasn't exciting but. he put a smile on my face. Highly recommend this Postal center. just inside 410 on East Houston street. ~Brian

I JUST explained to the two male employees, Felix and Jose/Juan (I think), when leaving this location at 5:32 p.m. on Tuesday that I was going to leave a positive review after finding that my Valley Hi normal USPS location had a Google rating and reviews that were completely inaccurate of the multiple experiences over many years that I saw first hand. It is unfortunate that people mainly feel the need to review and comment on experiences that are negative more than ones that are great or even average with nothing great or horrible takes place. People are haters, so do not let low Google rating or nad comments steer you away from using this location for mailing needs and services. They helped me mins before closing time and answered more questions than probably wanted to. 5 + STARS over the last few recent times I stopped in, which was last 6 months. ~Joshua
