I JUST explained to the two male employees, Felix and Jose/Juan (I think), when leaving this location at 5:32 p.m. on Tuesday that I was going to leave a positive review after finding that my Valley Hi normal USPS location had a Google rating and reviews that were completely inaccurate of the multiple experiences over many years that I saw first hand. It is unfortunate that people mainly feel the need to review and comment on experiences that are negative more than ones that are great or even average with nothing great or horrible takes place. People are haters, so do not let low Google rating or nad comments steer you away from using this location for mailing needs and services. They helped me mins before closing time and answered more questions than probably wanted to. 5 + STARS over the last few recent times I stopped in, which was last 6 months.

I arrived at 850 for our 9:00 am appointment and had to wait 15 minutes just to be told that the camera hadn’t been working for days and if I didn't have photos in hand I would lose my appointment time. They would not allow me to check in. I asked to speak to their supervisor and Robert Cantu came out and told me I would have to reschedule that they couldn’t squeeze me in even though I still had 25 minutes left of my appointment. I had sent my wife to get the pictures at a Walgreens down the street and she was back by 9:20 am with the pictures. Their was no one there for passports and I asked to please be allowed to stay and maybe be squeezed in before or after the next appointment. I was told no that I had to leave or he’d call the police on me for trespassing. I’m a 100% disabled combat veteran who served his country in Iraq. I made an appointment to get passports for my kids to visit their grandmother in Mexico and through no fault of my own was not allowed to to check in. Robert Cantu couldn’t give my family and me another 10 minutes to get our passports processed. Instead he just threatened to call the police on me. If Mr Cantù’s level of customer service is any indication of the postal service as a whole there is no wonder why they have such a bad reputation. I now have to wait 3 weeks for another Saturday appointment so my kids don’t miss any school. My biggest concern now is retribution by Mr. Cantu. The only other Saturday appointment I could find to get my kid’s passports processed is at his facility. I’m asking for a face to face appointment with Mr. Cantu and his supervisor. I want hear it for myself if this is how The United Postal Service allows it’s employees to treat it’s customers. I want to know if this situation was handled properly and if this is how USPS supervisors are trained to handle situation like this?

All I know is on my 60 years of evolution of postal service is that I don’t have nothing to complain to my federal post office but to appreciate their magnificent public service

This is the worst post office in Bexar County. You can wait 30 minutes to an hour. Then your told they can't find your package. To far to drive when gas is so expensive. Need to replace people.

This Mail Man keeps holding my Mail , he puts box blocked, as you can see on the photo , it is NOT BLOCKED , We have never in the 35 yrs that we've lived here had any problems with our Mail ,not being delivered.. We want a different Mail Man the Mail Man we had before was good, this one is in no way good at All.

Terrible service. Unorganized and poor management. Unfortunately the workers seem very unhappy. Just a heads up the pick up package door is to the left and the counter is only for money transactions. I waited and no one was working the door for pick ups so I moved to the other line to get service. They don’t have any signs to let the public know that. Hope it saves you some time as I wasted 30min.

Just left this post office. Very rude employee. Wouldnt even give me the time to ask a question. It is not like they had a long line because I was the only one there. Didn't get his name but he was a black guy. Don't want somebody else to get blamed for his rudeness.

I received my package today. Post office delivered my package is was wet due to rain but when I opened package one of the packages I ordered was opened, it seems from. Where it came from to the post office somewhere in between someone decided to open package and have a taste of chews I bought and re package and send me 3 unopened packages and one opened. I am also contacting seller, sorry for low score, came from City of Industry, CA 91746

Ordered reebok sneakers from figure hut. Usely what I order from figurehut it comes ups. Now ups send it to usps. Suppose to be delivered today between 11 am to 1pm. Mailman shows up and doesn't deliver mi sneakers. Thats why I don't deal with USPS. Cause last time they deliver mi wife makeup to another address. It suxs cause it's hard to get a hold of the post office. There service suxs

The passport service is a joke as I came early for my appointment there was no line to wait so I waited. Got here early, I was missing a copy and they told me I had to reschedule by Felix , yet as I waited a lady said she had forgotten to take pictures and that since she had worked and knew Felix that she went and took them. So they only did an exception because she knew Felix. I talked to supervisor Martha Jimenez and she said she had gotten there early and that's why they let her do that but I had gotten there early too. It's funny because even she told me that she had her appointment earlier and they still gave her a chance to go do that and that she had been running around Walgreens to get the pictures. Yeah this place is a joke and it's very unprofessional they don't have a printer or anything. The supervisor did say they’re might be a facility that could do walk ins I asked her if she had the number and she said no, and I asked if she could find out for me and she said no??? WHAT A JOKE
