I came into the post office very confused and trying to send mail to a military member overseas. An employee of Asian descent, Jennifer, was very patient with me and answered all my questions. She provided me with multiple options so I could pick the best deal for me. Thank you Jennifer for truly taking care of customers. I will be back.

I've always encountered friendly, efficient, professional staff. It wouldn't take much to enhance the interior, but I understand the USPS tries to cut costs. Overall, I give this office five stars for its helpful personnel, who are simply topnotch.

I don’t care about the hobos in there. I would rather have access to my mail whenever I need it. The customers should have been consulted about this decision. I have also received mail for the previous box holder for months despite telling the people at the front many times.

When no one is around and you hear the employees laughing and talking in the next room and you see a bell with "ring for service" on the counter, don't ring it. You will get sarcasm and suddenly what you've shipped there (in my case) 100 times more than doubles in price. I left, went to another Post Office and got my usual rates.

As if someone that had never been to or used a post office designed a post office; parking is a train wreck, always long lines, never enough staff. For something so new, it’s a testament government inefficiency and incompetence that this design could have been dreamed up and actually approved. Just awful!

This post office is touch and go when it comes to packages. If you drop off a package on Friday it may ship before Friday night or may ship Monday. It all depends 🤷♀️ I’ve had a lost package that never scanned from this USPS They also changed the hours their lobby is open because of the amount of homeless people that would come inside the lobby at night and leave food and various other things in the lobby. Sometimes dangerous going in outside of USPS regular hours.

Just had one of the most upsetting experiences. My mother and I were just at the post office, waiting in line, standing in our six feet apart indicator. We happened to be talking in Spanish. I notice this old white lady cringing away from us in front of us. She says “please step back.” I look down to make sure my mother and I are standing in our place and yes we were in fact standing away from her. I notice she is NOT wearing a mask and not on her place. So I say “ma’am, we are standing away.” Or something song those lines. So she mouths to me “Shut up,” very clearly and this offends me because Jesus what is with her?? So I say “excuse me?” One of the postal ladies working there, loudly tells ME “Stop!” The white old lady then says to me, “Go back where you came from.” And the postal lady does not defend me once. She shakes her head at ME and gives me the dirtiest look like this is all my fault. This postal lady I think is a Hispanic/Latina woman with a dirty blond bob.I think she had glasses on. I am NEVER coming here again and I recommend that people avoid this post office.

Went to send out mail on Saturday and post office closed at 3PM. I got there ten minutes late. I dropped my mail in box inside and collection time said 1245. So that means my mail is going to sit there until Monday. I lived in a small town where you had until 5pm to drop mail in box to go out on Saturday. This does not makes sense when you hear people there.

Was in the area and stopped at this location to mail off a parcel 📦 the location is extremely clean and organized. Unfortunately there was only one representative Gina helping but she was doing her best. I left pleasantly surprised and satisfied with my experience.

When visiting this post office the employees and manager are consistently kind and helpful. Sometimes it does feel that they are understaffed and the wait can be long, but the employees (from my experience) do their best to move the line as fast as they can. A few months ago I had a package “available for pickup” because it was not delivered to my apartment (unsure why). I went to another USPS to pick it up and they were closing an hour earlier than posted and said to come back another time. I drove to this USPS just to talk to someone and confirm the location of the package - the manager assisted and looked it up in the system and was overall very kind even though they were nearing closing time.
