Thank you for keeping me motivated always! The workout videos help tons when it comes to doing new and different workouts. The gym can become mundane after awhile but throwing in these workouts spices it up. Keep the vids coming! Update 12/24/15: If you haven't attended one of her boot camps, it's a must! She not only kicked our butts but she motivated us the whole time while doing it. Boot camps keep your exercise routine fun, plus if you're competitive it makes you workout that much harder.
