When I first approached TC Fitness about my goals, I instantly felt like I had a built in support system. I was met with pure professionalism, extensive knowledge about health and fitness, as well as a clear and very doable lifestyle plan custom built for me. Communication was seamless and I was always able to reach my trainer. Decent variety of machines and equipment. Everything is kept pretty clean. Class selection is good too. My only complaint is that they shut the pool down, but I understand that was a corporate level decision and the staff didn’t really have any control over that. I’ve been training with Jose for a couple months and he has been really great. Super fun and motivating, while having to get creative with exercises due to my medical limitations. ~Jennifer
