Decent variety of machines and equipment. Everything is kept pretty clean. Class selection is good too. My only complaint is that they shut the pool down, but I understand that was a corporate level decision and the staff didn’t really have any control over that. I’ve been training with Jose for a couple months and he has been really great. Super fun and motivating, while having to get creative with exercises due to my medical limitations.

I really enjoy using this gym. It has the right mix of equipment and I have always felt comfortable there, not at all self conscious. Jose has been amazing at helping my gain mobility and strength after an injury that kept me from the gym for years.

José Reyes has been the best personal trainer. I was recovering from several surgeries on my leg and needed strength training. He was patient, kind, and thorough in his instructions. I highly recommend José for your strength training. Thank you, Jose, for all your training.

I have enjoyed this gym. Price is great and I have the best coach ever. Jose has been a good combination of pushing me when I need it and being supportive in my weightloss goal. I have dropped 30 pounds since working with Jose. Could not have been successful in this journey without him. He's the best and highly recommended.

Great gym. Love that it is a smaller gym with a friendly atmosphere. The big ones can be intimidating. The manager (Jacob?) helped me fix an issue with my account and was super professional. My new go to gym!

Tried to bring someone in for the FREE bring a friend month and front desk staff made it impossible bc of some previous business they had with my gym partner years ago… kinda killed the positive vibe and had to go to another gym. Never seen someone get such a detailed check nor have we been checked by ID and address anytime we’ve come here before outside of our first visit. wanted to work out like normal and now I gotta go somewhere else. Are they working front desk or collection’s…..

Great Golds Gym if you want to workout! Age range is 30's and above, so it's basically a gym not a pick up place! The staff are FRIENDLY!!! The great part about this gym, females have their own section, that way everyone can stay focused 😆 🤣!!
