Best soft drinks shop in San Antonio, Texas (TX) 2025

Terrible service, I purchased cigarettes and tried to purchase gas but the Cash Register Rep stated circle doesn't take change. (Mind you if you can't count 3 dollars in change you should not be employed on the register. My 6 year old nephew can count change!) Will not stopping for gas or anything else at your stores! I paid for cigarrettes with 10$ bill, so will take bills but not some change. Ridiculous cause employee replied its store policy. Everyone in this country is struggling so counting change should be something everyone knows. I worked for Valero in the past and never complained about my job. The key is to start counting get the customer in and out. Money is money. The store was also empty 2 people, even the customer behind me was just in Awe that she refused to take change. Never again! ~Magali

Lines are always long but always have what is necessary at the moment seems to be so busy all the time but workers move it along as it should be ~Marie

Never have I been treated so rudely than by a female employee at this store around noon today. I came on a 103 degree afternoon attempting to get a fountain drink. I filled up the cup with ice and tried to get Powerade. The Powerade was out, but not labeled as out. The only other available drinks were sodas (a few drinks were out as were cups and the area a mess). I got a $2.99 Gatorade bottle and asked if I could have the cup of ice and pay for the Gatorade. She said, nope- I took the cup of ice so I had to pay for it. I told her I would not have taken the cup of ice if I had known the Powerade was out. She said it must have just run out and she would not check to see if she could replace the Powerade. I said so you will throw away this cup of ice or make me pay a lot more for Gatorade and ice? She said she had to charge me. I said never-mind then and she threw away the cup of ice in front of me. It was absurd. She had quite the attitude. Customer service, totally non-existent. Truly shocking. I paid for my daughter’s drink and fruit and left. Needless to say, I will never return, but clearly customer service and/or retention isn’t their concern. ~Vanya
