I use them pretty regular when work slows down and while I feel they do try to maximize profits they could do a little better on the the offer for some things like 400$ nail guns 45$ is all they want to give. Then you see one out on the floor and they want to ask 190 for it and it's beat all to hell but it is a pawnshop and it is all about making as much as they can so I ain't mad. I first called and asked how much I could get for a used silver money clip. The woman’s response was that she could not give me that information over the phone and that I had to come in so she could see it. I mentioned that I had to walk there but she told me this was company policy. I walked a half of a mile, one-way, and the woman, being an African American with fake long hair and lots of tattoos, took one look at the money clip and told me that they do not except these types of things at their store. I then asked her why she told me to come by so she could look at it and she just smiled and told me to have a nice day. I am a handicapped 50-year-old man that needed some extra cash for groceries and I had to be lied to and compromised by an employee of Cash America. My advice to anyone is to stay away from any Cash America. ~Thomas

My driver's license expired during the COVID-19 pandemic, I was told it would be alright by the DMV . I went to the bank to get some of my money . They would not give it to me because my license had expired . Even though I could prove who I was , and was standing there face to face . I'm changing banks ASAP. ~Eddie
