Awesome gym and (from what I hear) much better now that it's under new management. Has a wide range of equipment that seems relatively well maintained, and it tends to be not very crowded, which I truly appreciate. On top of that, it's open forever! Gotta Love that. Showers, three bathrooms, machines, pulley systems, free weights, TRX, and tons more. Highly recommend going and checking them out! ~Greg

I have been a patient of Dr. Sebring since 2006. I trust him with my health because of his holistic approach, nutritional guidance and time spent with me. He has been very responsive to my need to lower cost of medicine during retirement. Most of all he saved me from a painful biopsy that my Urologist wanted to do by prescribing an antibiotic after a spike in my PSA test. It went down after the antibiotic treatment and has remained low in the ensuing three years. ~Richard

A little piece of Heaven. Always friendly people and kids love it. The staff is laid back. I absolutely love that you can have your pups OFF leash... Some people might not like that but the dogs are always friendly. No reservation and $2 for locals! We come here daily and love this spot so much. Beautiful water, kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, a double decker bar, life music occasionally, yoga groups, a bistro/food truck. Small Cliffs to jump off and pretty wild goats on the island. Can't say I know anyone who likes going to the dentist. But this office makes that an exception to the norm! Dr. Roe and the entire staff take their time with each patient. They are very caring and friendly but, most of all, thorough. I've never had such a comprehensive exam and such concern over the health of my teeth and overall health! I recently had a crown procedure and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I've had! My husband has had extensive dental work done and he concurs that the experience is the best ever. Another advantage of having Dr. Roe as our dentist are the other professionals she refers us to for more extensive work such as oral surgery and implants. So far, these other doctors have been great! Julie, who schedules the appointments, goes above and beyond in trying to get my husband in as he works out of town quite often. She is also very knowledgeable about dental procedures and insurance, and does all she can to help in both areas. The hygienists and dental assistants are also friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I am 5 * satisfied with Dr. Amy. She’s very good at listening to everything i have to say answers every question i have. And very caring. Ive been a patient for 2 years and going. And her office staff are also awesome! ~Carolyn

This is my second time to start rehab here. I had to stop because I had surgery. I’m back now and working with Kirk, Heather and all the staff. Everyone is efficient, friendly and make feel at home there. I’m getting better because they know what they are doing. I highly recommend FYZICAL. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! They are amazing.
