Best atm in Bountiful, Utah (UT) 2024

As someone who use to work at a bank, all I can say is WOW. The tellers were counting out cash to customers so loud I could hear them all the way across the branch. Saying things like “Do you want this all in 100 dollar bills?” Safety issue much? Then, the ever so lovely woman who we needed to open an account walks up to us and said “ sorry.. we close at 2pm today.” It was 12:00….. & we got there at 11:30. She then encouraged us to just open the accounts online ourselves so we can leave. well we can’t open a joint account online sooooooooooooo. 🙃🙃🙃 She just seemed SO BOTHERED by us I just wanted to scream. They also sent another customer away telling them it would be atleast an 1.5 hour wait until the lady was done opening our SINGULAR JOINT ACCOUNT. I don’t need my MBA to tell me that’s just bad business. lol ~Rain

So far I’ve had a really good experience with this key bank location. I’ve always used credit unions and decided to use key bank for a home loan and ended up opening a personal account with them. So far the staff has been great to work with and I’ve been really impressed with everything. No issues here and I look forward to banking with them. ~David
